anna-faris-arena-02So one of the downsides to running a website like this…if you can call it a down side!! Is that you end up with a lot of random pictures of various lovely looking ladies in various states of undress!! Sometimes, you just don’t have any reason to post them…until now!!

You see, I’ve created a new category called Alphabet Babes…where over a period of time, I’m going to post a few pics of honies from my collection whose name’s are in Alphabetical order!! So, we start with ‘A’ of course…

Included in ‘A’ we have pics of: Supermodels Abigail Clancy & Audriana Partridge, actresses Anna Farris & Amber Heard to name a few….Remember to check back soon for regular updates!! Can you guess what letter will ‘B’ next?

Well, to be honest it could actually be any letter – just depends on what pics I’ve got floating around….it could even be an update to this ‘A’ gallery!! Anyway, to see the pics, just view the gallery after the jump!!

jessica-biel-nude-powder-blue-02You may have seen my recent post about the lovely Jessica Biel & the fact that she has starred nude in her latest movie: Powder Blue….well at the time of posting there weren’t any pictures around of the scenes in question…Just quick glimpses screen capped from the trailer!! Well, now pictures have surfaced of the nude scenes & it would be rude of me not to post them…. so check the gallery for the pics & I’m sure you’ll agree they’re worth seeing, even if the film isn’t!! Sweet as…….

Fast & Furious

April 21st, 2009 1 Comment

fast_and_furious_movie_posterSo before we set off on tonights trip to the cinema, which I’m sure will be another journey into film heaven!! (Well, I think there’s gonna be nudity in it!!). I thought I’d better post a quick review about the show we saw last week…..Believe you me, when I saw a quick review, I mean quick review!! Because, I bascially can’t remember too much about it!! Must have been that memorable eh?? That’ll teach me for going away at the weekend & not blogging!!

Anyway, the film in question was Fast & Furious – which is actually the 4th film in the series, but funnily enough it seems to be set right after the 1st film, rather than the poor 3rd….It also stars the original cast & actually follows on from the 1st film rather well!! In fact, the film is way better than both the 2nd & 3rd films, not only due to the fact that the original cast is back, but also the story line is also way better than 2 & 3. To top it off, they also seem to have rolled out the good cars again, back is the muscle cars like; Dodge Charger – which puts a tick in the box from me & gone are a lot of the flimsy Japanese sports cars….

The basic plot is based around racing to get the chance to run drugs across the American/Mexican border for money…obviously things go wrong & all hell breaks loose, with the good guys up against the bad guys by pushing their driving skills to the max. Overall, the film is ok, more or less what you expect from Fast & Furious film – way better than 2 or 3 & on a par with the orginal. My score out of ten would be a respectable 6….would have been better if in 3D eh??

Quick vid…

Not something I’d usually do, but just heard & seen the new Eminem track/video & it rocks!! I can’t say I’m a huge fan of Eminem but this tune is one of catchiest he has made & the video is just class….so clever & a great use of taking the p@*s out of fellow celebs, no matter who they are!! Check out the video below & see who you can spot in the video?? Just look at the very busty Sarah Palin look-a-like!! Funny….Plus, there’s the General Lee too…Coolio

Let me know your thoughts…

Monsters Vs Aliens

April 13th, 2009 2 Comments

monstersvsaliensnewposterWell would you belive it…we finally all went to the cinema last week to see a film, you know, a new release at the local theatre…who’d have thought it eh?

Do you know what else?? We actually saw a good film…unlike most of the years films to date, this one was pretty good!! But then again, it is a cartoon, so what do you expect!! Surely all cartoons are good aren’t they?? Well, actually no…anyone remember Open Season??

The film in question was the latest offering from the Dreamworks Animation team – you know the ones that brought us Shrek etc…Not only did we see the film, we also saw the future….coz we saw Monsters Vs Aliens in 3D……I know!!

Boy, was it good, really good, I must admit I was a little weary of the whole 3D thing, especially as it was an extra £2.20 to view it in future vision, but it was worth it!! Of course, we had to sit their like idiots in 3d glasses…but gone are the days of one red & one green lense, these just seemed like normal glasses!! Anyway, as soon as the trailers started we all donned our future spectacles & waited to be zoomed into the, well, Future!! To begin with, it did seem a little weird wearing glasses in the cinema, now that may be coz I’m a non glasses wearer, so I did take them off a few times during the trailers & opening credits. All that seemed to do, was remind me how normal the screen looked without the glasses on….Yes, there were the usual things you expect from 3D effects, like large fingers pointing at you from the screen, but there was more than that!! You see, once the film started, it was immediate to see that everyone/thing on the screen seemed more real (well as real as it can be for a cartoon). The people in the church, seemed to be actually lining up in the pews rather than just standing in them, things in the foreground…were literally coming off the screen…it was fantastic!!

The film itself, was also great…a perfect mix of story, humour & adult aimed ‘in’ jokes….With an all star cast of Reese Witherspoon, Seth Rogan, Keifer Sutherland & Hugh Laurie to name a few providing the voices, it really was quite a laugh!! The basic plotline, involves lead character Susan being hit by a metorite, turning into a giant & then being banished away onto a space station with all the other ‘monsters’ captured on Earth….Following an attack by ‘Aliens’, it is down to the ‘Monsters’ to save Earth….I wont spoil it anymore as I really suggest you go and see the film!!

However, having seen the film, it did throw up two obvious questions, that both myself & Chris thought of….

1) Why dont they make every film in 3D? Especially as the costs to do so have reduced due to new ways of producing the 3D effect

2) Why are these new ‘cartoons’ making the female lead characters sooo hot?? I know it sounds wrong, but trust me, Susan in this film, looks mighty fine!! Whether it be in her short cut wedding dress, Monster jump suit or her Alien busting skin tight lycra costume….she looks hot!! In fact, these ‘cartoons’ are looking so life-like, you could end up getting very confused!!

Which actually, leads me on to a little survey….Who is the ‘hottest’ cartoon character?

Maybe, it is Ginormica? Or is it Elastigirl from the Incredibles? , maybe oldies favourite Betty Boo?,  How about Betty Rubble from the Flinstones or Daphane from Scooby Doo? Of course, not forgetting the one & only Jessica Rabbit? Finally…not exactly a cartoon character but animated all the same…Lara Croft??

I know..all a bit weird eh, but let me know your thoughts & suggestions on any more!!

Finally, I must repeat myself & say that you really must go and see this film, but then again, if you’re reading this, you probably already have as you came with me!! Oh well…..My score out of ten would be an excellent 9, with at least 2 points just for the 3D aspect!! Roll on more 3D films….epecially now I’ve got my glasses!!

FIGHT!!!

airwolfriderNo honest, it’s true…..Imagine it a fight between Knight Rider & Airwolf?? Who would win out of these 2 giants of 80′s kids TV?? If only we could find out!!….well we can, here!!

You see, whilst searching for vids for my last post about Jessica Biel – I came across this video…(don’t ask how!!??). Anyway, some chap has way too much time on his hands & plenty of footage of said programs, plus some slick editing techniques….He’s managed to edit    together a whole series of clips & create a story about Knight Rider & Airwolf going head to head in battle…truely brilliant!!

Check out the video below for all the action, the first 2mins is a little boring, but after that the action really begins!! I just hope the final part is posted soon, so I can see who wins!! What do you think?? Who would win Airwolf or Knight Rider!! Hmmmmm, decisions……Enjoy

bielSo it seems like a dogs age since we went to the cinema…even though I’m on call this week & was away last week, my fellow cinema groupies haven’t seen a film either!! I must admit, I thought they would have seen Lesbian Vampire Killers by now, but hey ho!!
Anyway, what can I blog about??…no new film to review, nothing much else interesting happening, so it looks like I’ll have to revert to a post about some sexy lady – oh what shock eh??

So who have I chosen to blog about this week?? Well it seems that the lovely Jessica Biel has decided to change her mind on her no nudity clause in movies, as she will appear topless in her latest movie Blue Powder. Ever since those semi nude photoshot pics appeared of a young 17 year old Jessica, she has sworn never to pose nude again…until now!! You see, in Blue Powder she plays a single mom who turns to stripping to make ends meet….Anyway, I’m not sure how good the film will be, especially as it appears it has gone straight to DVD in the US…either way, it may be worth spending a couple of quid to hire it out to see her fun bags!!

Until then, you’ll have to make do with the videos below….firstly the trailer to the film, which shows a bit of the stripper action, then a behind the scenes vid which shows how Jessica actually trained for the role – you must admit she does look pretty damn fine!!

Finally, the last vid is a compilation of Miss Biel’s finest cinematic moments & photoshoots….now I usually add a page full of pictures for you to enjoy, but this video includes all the pictures I found of her, so it replaces that, plus the soundtrack is pretty cool!!

The only picture that’s not included is Jessica’s recent potrayal of Jessica Rabbit on Saturday Night Live….I think she makes a pretty good cartoon rabbit impression??
